Grasscity is fully stocked and operational. During a huge influx of orders our teams are working around the clock, 7 days per week. However high order volume & new policies and procedures worldwide at our couriers are resulting in slower delivery times. 

Please note that we are shipping from several locations, from Europe and from the USA. Based on the availability and location of the product, your order is shipped from one of these locations. You cannot set a  preference for your shipping location. Orders from the USA are being delivered between 2 and 8 business days in the USA, European orders to the USA take between 7 to 31 business days during this World Wide Pandemic. All orders from Europe and the UK are fulfilled from our European warehouse and arrive between 2 and 8 business days.

SERVICE WARNING FOR THE UK/ Ireland 22/12/2020

Because of a new COVID-19 related outbreak and the ongoing BREXIT negotiations, travel, and transportation are severely restricted between the European mainland and the UK/Ireland. Please expect severe delays when ordering from Grasscity.co.uk  for UK/Ireland orders. We expect delays up to 7 days, to possibly two weeks upon further notice.
