Store Credit Guidelines

WHAT IS STORE CREDIT?

IMPORTANT:  If your order is paid for entirely with store credit you will need to notify our customer service department by emailing  support@grasscity.com Please provide them with the order number.

A store credit is virtual money put onto your Grasscity account by a customer service representative.

This can be used when placing future orders.

Store credit can only be issued to Grasscity customers who have an account. Creating a Grasscity account is free of charge.

You must be logged in under your account for the store credit to be visible.

HOW CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT?

First off,  you must be logged in to your Grasscity account for the store credit to be accessible.

Then you go about your shopping as normal. After you have added all the chosen items to your shopping cart and are ready to finalize the purchase proceed to checkout.

By step 4 , payment information, you will see a small box titled “use store credit”  and the amount that is available.

CHECK that box!  Then choose the payment method for the remaining costs.
