Why is my order under review or on hold?

In Review or On Hold means that we have received your order and your payment has been authorised but we still have some questions. Your order could have generated a high fraud score or maybe the apartment number was missing from the shipping address. Sometimes our system thinks a shipping address does not exist and holds the order. We try to resolve any order issue within 2 business days.

Please refrain from placing a new order when you have an order under review, this will only cause delays.
